smooth check-in cheerful staff convenient laundry
Check-in flowed smoothly the staff were cheerful. The location had a nearby 7-Eleven a convenient laundry shop massage options and food stalls. I really enjoyed the shuttle service offered to the train station it made commuting simple.
My room faced the residential neighborhood so it was quiet but the non-carpeted areas of the hotel floor was noticeably worn.

really good warmth convenient transportation comfortable bed
the staff displayed really good warmth and attentiveness. i particularly enjoyed the jacuzzi bathtub in the bathroom after a day of exploring.
i noticed the gym equipment could use a little more maintenance.

staff members were kind helpful and respectful at all times they were very good too ensure my needs were met promptly the hotel provided a shuttle service to the bts station every 30 minutes which aided in moving around.

long wait separate bar
the room was clean, had enough space, and offered good value. the location was acceptable with the metro nearby. a really good powerful shower with amenities was available.
i waited an hour for a drink ordered at the pool using their phone. upon arrival, they asked for payment. i asked to charge it to my room, but they said it is not their policy as the bar is separate. it spoilt my trip as i like to charge to my room and pay at the end of my stay.

The room included a refrigerator, stove, and microwave. This was convenient for preparing meals. The hotel provided a tuk-tuk service to the nearby train station every 30 minutes. I found this a great help in getting around. The staff were friendly and helpful.
The gym was quite small.
